Describe your experience

We came into the real estate world skeptical. My husband and I had a previous shady situation with a terrible agent, so when we started our journey with Cait we were in a bad place. Cait came highly recommended to us so we decided to give this real estate agent thing another try. We had a meet and greet with her first and I can’t emphasize enough how amazing our experience with Cait was. Not only did she find us our forever home, but she was professional, kind, thorough, and fun. Our time with Cait not only reinstated our trust, but was a really great journey for us as a couple. She taught us so much! We loved that Cait was not afraid to speak up and point out things we weren’t seeing. There were times when we loved a house and Cait was able to gently show us what the staging etc was hiding. Through those times, it became clear to us that she wasn’t trying to sell us something; her mission was to find us our HOME, not merely a house. Cait saw the good, bad and ugly during her time with us. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Cait was understanding, responsive, and alleviated so much of the anxiety. During every single encounter with her, it was clear how much she loves her job. 

We experienced Cait as helping us purchase a home, but we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have her sell for us. We have full confidence she’d give the advice one would need to sell their home for the price they’d hope for.

We’d give Cait a 12/10 if that were possible. We can’t thank her enough. 

My fiancé and I started searching for our first home together with Cait and We couldn’t be more thankful for the guidance she provided us.  We were on a very tight time schedule to find a home and we had so many questions along the way.  Cait was absolutely incredible with responding and made the entire process not only easy, but fun a load of fun as well!

Cait was our realtor when we purchased our first house. We were rushed into buying our first place due to loosing our rental, so we were unprepared and quite stressed. However Cait was very relaxed, informative, and patient in helping us find our place and finalize the deal! She listened to all our panicked emails and phone calls (first-time buyer anxiety) and was always able to guide us and reassure me. Highly recommend Cait, and we will be requesting her help when we go to sell/purchase again!
